Milan Kučera joined our firm while he was a student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. He specialises in representing legal entities in criminal proceedings, in particular in the effective pursuit and enforcement of compensation claims. Since the beginning of his career, Milan has worked for a major petrochemical company, which he has helped to win a number of pivotal lawsuits with a society-wide impact. He was admitted to bar in 2018 and has headed a legal team since 2020. In his work, he is also involved in the preparation of investment projects (public procurement, FIDIC contract terms) and litigation. Academically, he has been working on a topic closely related to his practice – exploring the limits of claims in criminal proceedings.
