Partner and attorney-at-law
First and foremost, a lawyer must be a practitioner; no one expects a doctor to interpret hypothetical treatment options, but to provide an actual cure.
Kateřina Šveřepová is one of those lawyers who have gained experience abroad. Shortly after graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, she went to Washington, D.C. for a semester-long study stay. Kateřina joined our firm in 2014. She passed the bar in 2015 and has been in charge of a legal team since 2016. One of her areas of expertise is class actions – she has been tracking the drafting of a new law on this subject since the beginning and has published commentaries and articles on it in journals. Katka also advises non-profits in need of legal advice on charity and CSR work. She mainly handles clients from the transport, energy and financial service sectors.
