Jan Vlk graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and has been part of our firm since 2016. In the same year he qualified to practise law. Jan deals with commercial contractual relationships and advises public-sector clients. Since 2020, he has managed a legal team that provides support to a major domestic transport entity as it takes strategic decisions on how to manage its telecommunications assets. Jan also works on litigation matters. He represents a strategic state-owned company in major lawsuits, one of which is worth hundreds of millions of crowns.
