Jaromír Císař is one of our firm’s three founders. After earning his degree at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and studying at the Sorbonne in Paris, he joined the Department of Legal History of the Faculty of Law in Prague as a lecturer, and continues to teach there to this day. Jaromír Císař specialises primarily in practical legal issues related to commercial and insolvency law. Besides practising law, Jaromír Císař is also an insolvency practitioner and an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic in Prague. In addition, he sits on the Appeals Commission of the Ministry of Culture. Jaromír Císař publishes legal articles on topical themes and has authored numerous theoretical texts and textbooks. He is also a regular speaker at public conferences and seminars.
