Clients are increasingly trying to protect assets, interest in trusts is growing

It is a bit of an exaggeration to say that the Czech Republic is experiencing the longest period when successful families have not been deprived of their property. "When a generation has acquired property over the past 100 years, a change in the political or economic situation has usually deprived it of it," says Jakub Hollmann, an attorney and partner in the law firm Císař, Češka, Smutný. Hollmann specializes in trusts and trusts and the transfer of family assets between generations.
